Graduate Showcase ♡
To celebrate the end of mine and my courses time studying textile design at Nottingham Trent University a exciting showcase was held. Including work from all graduate textile designers ranging from knitwear to embroidery specialists.
There was an exciting and beautiful array of work on display, and getting to be a part of this celebration was very special to me. I was able to thoroughly experience my course mates final collections whilst being able to grasp a feel of the publics and universities reaction to my final year work.
Me and my graduate collection on display.
I have included pictures of my graduate collection being displayed in the FTK Showcase. I was so proud to see that all my hard work and determination had paid off. Getting to experience people complimenting a collection that i had worked so hard on and was incredibly passionate about, is a feeling i will never forget, and hope to experience many more times in the future.
My work on display in the Bonnington Art gallery.
I was also able to enjoy and celebrate the work of other art and design graduates. Exploring the amazing work of photography, media, fine art, fashion and ceramic students. As well as my fellow textile design students.
This graduate showcase was an amazing way to celebrate all my hard work and enjoy this feeling with friends, family and my tutors and course mates. Im excited for what this next chapter brings :).
